Cancellation Policies

  • For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked villa. This is only applicable if 100% payment made while booking the property. This is applicable for Weekdays only (Mon-Thurs)
  • For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable. This is applicable for all days (Mon-Sun)
  • Refund will not be available on weekend bookings (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
  • Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
  • A refundable deposit between Rs. 3000 to Rs. 10000 may be collected before check-in.
  • This entire amount is refunded at the time of check-out, provided the total number of guests does not increase; there is no damage made to the property and the check-out time is adhered to.
